[libvoikko] Localizing the user interface for libreoffice-voikko

I'm preparing a new release of libreoffice-voikko. The most visible thing in
this release is removal of all references to Finnish from settings dialog
page, extension description and extension icon.

At the moment we only have the user interface available in English and
Finnish. If you feel that having it translated in other languages would be
useful, now is a great time to do that.

There is very little work to be done. You only need to translate this file
containing 6 short strings

  https://github.com/voikko/libreoffice-voikko/blob/master/oxt/SettingsDialog_en_US.properties

and one additional string, the extension publisher name

  "Voikko developement community"

You can submit the translated strings to this list when you are done.


However it is not useful to translate libreoffice-voikko unless LibreOffice
itself has been translated to the language, at least partially. At the moment
this is the case for 114 languages. Please check that your language is listed
here before continuing:

If you don't see your language listed there it is great time to start
translating LibreOffice as well ;)
