No, I had no such problems. On my systems the warnings remained warnings:

clang: warning: argument unused during compilation: '-malign-natural’

and didn’t stop the build. I have not changed anything relevant that I am aware of. I compiled on MacOSX 10.8 (min system for 64bit LO) using the LO 4.3 SDK.
