[libvoikko] libvoikko 4.0rc2, voikko-fi 2.0rc2

Two updated release candidates are available:

  http://www.puimula.org/htp/testing/voikko-fi-2.0rc2.tar.gz

These release candidates fix a few regressions in Finnish VFST morphology 
compared to Malaga morphology. voikkospell, voikkogc and voikkohyphenate have 
also been fixed to use correct output encoding on latest OS X versions with 
the Clang compiler.

Final releases of libvoikko, voikko-fi and libreoffice-voikko will be released 
early next week unless serious issues are found within the next few days.
