[libvoikko] --version flag for command line tools?

This would be an useful addition. I created a Trac ticket for this.

This was by the way our first Trac ticket. All feature requests and bug 
reports should be filed to Trac instead of the original SourceForce bug 
tracker from now on. I will change the links on our home page soon to reflect 
this.
