[libvoikko] Multi-language spell checking in openoffice.org-voikko

The final changes needed to support multi-language spell checking in 
OpenOffice.org/LibreOffice have just been committed to SVN trunk. This means 
that it is no longer necessary to set text language to Finnish in order to 
test spell checking with Voikko.

Mapping of language codes used within Voikko to those used in OOo is still 
incomplete. I need to figure out first what OOo expects from these codes. Thus 
for now you can only test this with fi, fr and se (where se maps to se-NO, se-
FI and se-SE). To set the dictionary language you need to say something like 
this in voikko-fi_FI.pro:

  info: Language-Code: fr

Hyphenation and grammar checking are only available when language is fi.
