[libvoikko] Libvoikko 3.4rc2

Libvoikko 3.4rc2 is available for final testing:

Only two small fixes were made between rc1 and rc2 to fix some false positives 
in grammar checker. I expect rc2 to be final but there is still some time to 
test and report any serious bugs. I will release 3.4 in about 24 hours if no 
new bugs are reported.
