[libvoikko] libvoikko 3.2rc1

Libvoikko 3.2 will be released soon. The first release candidate is available 
at

  http://www.puimula.org/htp/testing/libvoikko-3.2rc1.tar.gz

This release does not add any new functionality at the API level. It contains 
mostly features and bug fixes that improve the usability of the library in 
special purpose applications. Majority of the users (those who use Voikko 
through LibreOffice, Firefox or other desktop applications) should not see any 
changes when upgrading to this release.

- Java interface has been added. This interface is quite similar to the 
existing Python interface and it provides access to all functionality of the 
library. The interface is provided as a Maven project. Other build systems 
(such as Ant) may be supported later if needed.

- New configure options --disable-testtools and --disable-extdicts

- Improved handling of punctuation and http URLs in tokenizer.

- Soft hyphens are accepted in Finnish spell checker if they are placed in a 
valid hyphenation point.
