[libvoikko] VoikkoSpellService + hfst questions

Hm, not quite there yet. I have restarted (to be sure, and clean up some heavily overloaded virtual memory), and VoikkoSpellService is starting fine (as evidenced by Finnish (Voikko) being accessible), but none of the Sámi languages show up. The Sámi languages are directly available to voikkospell, so there is no problem with them as such.

I did NOT compile libvoikko with the  --with-dictionary-path=$PREFIX/lib/voikko option - is that an absolute requirement?

I guess I will have to install a debug version, and start reading the logs :)
