[libvoikko] Libvoikko 3.3.1rc1

Bug fix release for libvoikko is available for testing at

   http://www.puimula.org/htp/testing/libvoikko-3.3.1rc1.tar.gz

The bug fixed in this release was introduced in libvoikko 3.1. It may lead to 
crashes with certain Finnish words when Suomi-malaga 1.8 or later is used for 
spell checking. So far crashes have been reported only with Firefox 6 and 
Mozvoikko 1.10. Other applications, eariler versions of Firefox and later 
versions of Mozvoikko do not seem to trigger it.

The fix can be easily backported to libvoikko 3.1 and 3.2 by applying the 
following patch:
