These are now available in LibreOffice master git repostitory. You will also 
need the latest libreoffice-voikko from SVN.

Suitable binary builds of LibreOffice are not available yet. You can check

  http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/

in a few days and see if there are new "master" builds available. If there 
are, those should work (but since they are developer builds they may be broken 
for some completely unrelated reason).
