[libvoikko] Libvoikko 3.6.1rc1 available for testing

Libvoikko 3.6.1rc1 is now available for testing:

Notable changes in this release:

 - Improved spelling suggestions for Finnish
 - Updated Java interface for Maven Central (already released)
 - Updated Common Lisp interface
 - VFST compiler is build only if experimental VFST support is enabled
 - "make check" now works with Automake 1.12 and later

I will release libvoikko 3.6.1 next week if no problems are reported within a 
few days.
