[libvoikko] Libvoikko 3.6rc1, libreoffice-voikko 3.4rc1

New pre-releases of libvoikko and libreoffice-voikko are available for 
testing:

Major changes between libvoikko versions 3.5 and 3.6rc1:

 - New stable dictionary format 3 (ZHFST spellers). This feature is disabled
   by default and can be enabled with configure option --enable-hfst.
   Hfst-ospell (current SVN trunk or the next stable release) is required and
   must be configured with all optional features enabled.
 - New supported platform: Android.
 - New supported build tools: Python 3, Clang 3.1.
 - Improved Finnish word splitting suggestions.
 - New experimental backend: simple VFST spellers.
 - Many improvements in the experimental Finnish VFST analyzer.

Major changes between libreoffice-voikko versions 3.3 and 3.4rc1:

 - Added support for many new spell checking languages.
 - The user interface is now mostly language neutral.


Please test these releases and report any bugs you find preferably before the 
end of this month.
