Should work now. I compiled with default options so there might still be some 
errors left with experimental grammar checkers. Hopefully those will be easy 
to solve. I also merged the branch to master so that the changes receive more 
testing.

I had to comment out the tinyxml test in configure.ac. It broke the build by 
defining HAVE_VISLCG3 to 0; it should not be defined at all if the library is 
not available or --enable-vislcg3 is not requested.
