Libvoikko 3.7rc1 is available for testing at

  http://www.puimula.org/htp/testing/libvoikko-3.7rc1.tar.gz

New in this release:

 * API for querying supported hyphenation and grammar checking languages
 * API for non-const grammar error descriptions
 * "voikkospell -L" now lists dictionary capabilities
 * Beginning of an experimental grammar checker backend (based on vislcg3)
 * Improved experimental Finnish VFST analyzer

Please test this release candidate and report any issues you may find. If no 
serious issues are found I will release this as 3.7 early next week.
