Libreoffice-voikko 4.0rc1 is available for testing at

  http://www.puimula.org/htp/testing/libreoffice-voikko-4.0rc1.tar.gz

Changes in this release:
 - Allow building with LibreOffice 4.1 SDK. Compatibility with earlier
   versions had to be dropped to make this happen.
 - Added support for 7 new languages.
 - Added support for grammar checkers and hyphenators for languages other than
   Finnish. (Hyphenators for other languages do not exist yet.)
 - Add MPL 2.0 as an alternative license for the code.

Please test this new release and report any bugs you may find as soon as 
possible. The most likely date for the final release is Friday this week.
