[libvoikko] Mozvoikko for languages other than Finnish

I have recently made changes to Mozvoikko at

  https://github.com/voikko/mozvoikko

to add support for checking languages other than Finnish. With the latest 
changes it is possible to do spell checking for any language supported by 
libvoikko. It is even possible to check languages that are not know to Firefox 
as long as there is a registered ISO-639-x code for the language.

There are no longer references to Finnish (or any other language) within the 
description texts of this extension. The dictionaries may not yet get properly 
disposed when the language changes so if you test this you may see memory 
leaks. I will fix these soon.
