[libvoikko] Old clang stops compiling libvoikko when -pthread flag is used during linking

Hi!

I've been working on updating the hfst-ospell and libvoikko MacPorts. 
The works has been done here: https://github.com/albbas/hfst-macports

I've had problems compiling the libvoikko package on a Mac running 
10.8.5/Apple LLVM version 4.2 (clang-425.0.28) (based on LLVM 3.2svn). 
It compiles and works on a 10.11 Mac.

The compilation fails with: clang: error: argument unused during 
compilation: '-pthread', which seems to be this problem:

Is it possible stop libvoikko from using the -pthread argument when linking?
