The identical suggestion fix is in Windows 64 bit version only.

To be precise, Windows 64 has been built from commit 
f41417a4bb7e941c3be4c10157ea5ce65e284da4 and other platforms from commit 
1ddfb093d8ca52d6b44c4c6d67bb445f4788563d. From spell checking point of view 
the only difference between these is the fix for identical HFST suggestions.
