Forgot to mention that I have uploaded the Java code from this release to the 
Maven Central Repository:

  http://search.maven.org/#search|ga|1|libvoikko

So we can consider the Java code as already released. If any fixes are needed 
there they need to wait for the next version (bug reports are of course still 
welcome).
