[libvoikko] Libvoikko 4.3.2rc1 available for testing

Hi!

Libvoikko 4.3.2rc1 is available for testing at
https://puimula.org/htp/testing/libvoikko-4.3.2rc1.tar.gz

Changes since 4.3.1 include:
 * Update C++ standard from C++11 to C++14
 * Compilation fixes for recent versions of GCC and Emscripten
 * Small fixes to JS API and Finnish grammar checker

I will release 4.3.2 next week unless there are serious issues with this
release candidate.
