[libvoikko] tatar and chuvash in libvoikko

Hello all!

Would it be possible to add Tatar and Chuvash to the libreoffice-voikko
plugin ? I think it needs to be added in:

static Bcp47ToOOoMapping const bcpToOOoMapping[] = {
...
        {"chv", "chv", "RU"},
        {"tat", "tat", "RU"},
...

But without any joy... What is the structure of that struct ? 

It works in voikkospell:
