[libvoikko] Changes to libreoffice-voikko for reliable (un)installation

I just rebuilt libvoikko with the latest code changes in git, but nothing changed. I could not find any configure options for the grammar checker part.

Just to repeat:

build system: macosx 10.6
LO SDK & LO: 4.1

Test system: macosx 10.9
test LO: 4.1 and 4.3
test LO-voikko: finnish built using the template created above

Test results: everything works with LO 4.1, on LO 4.3 installation (and uninstallation) works fine, but the Voikko settings pane is empty, and the speller is dead (no green speller indication in front of Finnish in the language list).
