I can think of one thing that Fran might need for the grammar checker (he should probably correct my list), and also one thing to make it more compliant with the zhfst DTD specification:

* allow an analysing fst (with a public method to get the analyses)
* allow multiple error models (e.g. OCR), and a method to select the preferred model

I believe that Fran already has his own modification to allow analyses to be returned, but I am not sure.

Anyway, these are my two items off the top of my head.
