[libvoikko] translation of some necessary strings for LO

I will see that I get some translations done in AKU (Avointa
kieliteknologiaa uralilaisille vähemmistökielille) as soon as the specific
strings have been identified.
(This should be rus, lav, and hopefully the smaller projects)
