[libvoikko] No zhfst support in LibreOffice-voikko 5.0?

The error report is by one user who depends on both the Finnish and the North Sami spell checker on Windows 7. He is using LO 5.0, and as it is now, he is not able to install both languages.

I can probably build an OSX version myself, but not a Windows version.
