[libvoikko] Libvoikko 4.1.1rc2

Libvoikko 4.1.1rc2 is available for testing at

   http://www.puimula.org/htp/testing/libvoikko-4.1.1rc2.tar.gz

This reverts the Python interface changes that were included in -rc1. In 
fact I just checked out revision 
bded472b1a247ffda569f634b8fe246230eeb496 and built the code again. If we 
can release this as the final I will just tag 4.1.1 at that revision and 
leave the changes in master. They were mostly correct but the behavior 
of some serialization methods had changed a bit.
