[libvoikko] Choice of native code inclusion in voikko.oxt for LibreOffice

Is there a reason that 
<https://www.puimula.org/htp/ooo/voikko-win/5.0.2.20170827/voikko.oxt> 
(as available via 
<https://extensions.libreoffice.org/en/extensions/show/finnish-spell-checker-and-hyphenator-voikko>) 
contains relevant native code for (and is thus presumably usable on) 
macOS (voikko/Darwin-32bit-/, voikko/Darwin-64bit-/) and Windows 
(voikko/Windows-32bit-WindowsPE/, voikko/Windows-64bit-WindowsPE/), but 
not Linux (e.g., at least x86-64, say)?
